Contacted supplier Castle Comfort who originally fitted my mums Acorn Stairlift. They gave me contact details to arrange to get my mums stairlift removed after her death, free of charge. Contacted Acorn and they came within two weeks and removed my mums stairlift. Jefe at Comfort Castle was very helpful and could not have asked for a better service. Would not hesitate to recommend them in the future!

From first contact on line . We were helped as much as we needed to make our decision not the decision that they wanted us to make but the one we felt was best for us . We took a few photos of our stair and landings sent them on and Within days our stairlift was installed all we did was say yes pay a deposit and everything else was arranged for us. All we needed to do was agree to date and time for installation . Engineer arrived well within time scale window showing ID and within 1hour Stair lift was installed and all explained as well as teaching us how to use it . All contacts were polite and spoke to us not at us and were not pushy or condescending which was very much appreciated . A calm and informative experience from start to finish did not feel pressurised into buying beyond our means .
