My parents had a stairlift installed last week and the service from beginning to end was impeccable. From my first phonecall with Sarah I knew this was the company that I wanted to install the stairlift. Sarahs professionalism and understanding of my parents needs was a great help in our decission making. Chris who came out to measure up for the stairlift was courteous and professional and he explained everything to my parents and myself what would be happening before install and during. The person who came out to fit the stairlift was also very courteous and once he had installed the stairlift he took his time to explain to my parents how to operate the lift. I have no hesitation in recommending Dolphin to anyone.
