Clark & Partners - Derby Mobility Shop

My mum purchased an electric wheelchair from this shop. The ladies were very helpful. However, we had nothing but problems with the chair. We took it back several times. The ladies fixed it, which only last temporarily. Eventually it was sent away for repair attge cost of £100 ( I received no invoice so can not guarantee what they actually repaired).This repair only lasted 3mnths so sent away again this time they wanted £500 and stated they didn't tell that they didn't replace the switch the 1st time 🤷‍♀️. As an O.A.P. my mum couldn't afford this cost so the work wasn't carried out. BUT I've now been informed that due to all the problems we had, they no longer use 'that' battery pack. My advice think twice before purchasing something..... shop at other mobility places!!!

Superb Shop and company. We went in looking for a boot scooter for mother. Amy was very helpful. Very knowledgeable without being pushy. Came across very genuine and caring. Came out with a new scooter perfect for mother she's already been out and about on it. Thank you for your help.

Debbie and her colleague were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient when I went into the Allestree shop to look at, and try, a different type of wheelchair to my own. Every question was answered, without it feeling at all sales led, which I appreciated. From dealing with the paperwork, in relation to Derbyshire Wheelchair Services, through to the delivery, Debbie was professional, friendly and efficient. I will be using Clark and Partners for servicing and would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I've been in the shop today with my daughter, it was such a great atmosphere, we was shopping for scooters for my mum and Debbie an employee was very helpful. She didn't rush us and had a lot of patience with answering questions, such a kind and genuine person will definitely be reccomened this shop.

I took my mum in to have a look at mobility scooters as she's struggling with walking. Amy was absolutely brilliant with my mum. She didn't pressure us with anything and was extremely helpful with explaining everything to my mum. My mum actually bought a scooter there and then which is unheard of as she likes to take weeks to decide anything. Amy is a credit to your company.

Very friendly service & advice from Debbie at Park Farm Allestree. The fitting by John was really professional. Highly recommended. PS apologies for initially only giving 2 stars. This was entirely accidental! Five stars totally deserved. The stairlift is operating perfectly & is extremely well engineered.

Excellent people to deal with. Phoned to get a quote for a stair lift. Surveyor was in the shop. One hour later he was providing a quote. Just over a week later the stair lift was fitted in a morning. Very efficient, tidy workers. Can highly recommend this service.
