Absolutely brilliant service, brought my dad here today to see if there was any scooters due to his mobility, Julie was brilliant and her customer service was 10/10. We got a brilliant scooter to take away. Thank you ☺️

Rob and his work colleague fitted our stair lift today, very nice item , and both very friendly men , and did a great job .

My three year old TGA SuperSport, three wheel mobility scooter, bought on ebay, developed an electrical problem after changing the batteries. Adam the technician at Derbyshire Mobility and the staff supporting him were all fantastic. After not being able to fix it on his first or second visit, Adam took the scooter into the workshop for some very challenging diagnostics working with the manufacturer, eventually it was Adam who correctly identified the issue and replaced the problem circuit board before cleaning the scooter and returning it to me. All this was for a very reasonable price. I was delighted by the service provided. What a great team you are at Derbyshire Mobility! Thank you all!

I just wanted to share my experience with Derbyshire Mobility. My father has been in the hospital for a couple of weeks and after receiving some difficult news about his condition, we needed to get a stairlift fitted at home as soon as possible. After contacting Derbyshire Mobility, Jason came to our house to do a survey and provide a quote. He was polite, kind, and very informative, and I thought the price he quoted was very competitive. The team went out of their way to get the stairlift fitted promptly. I used to work as a nurse and now I work as a quality manager in primary care for the NHS, so I can confidently say that I highly recommend and support this company.

Rob the owner and staff are extremely helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. Will help and advise even if you just looking. I wouldnt go any where else. Also helped me as i wanted insurance for my mobility scooter and i have just had my scooter one year service. Excellent i rate this shop. My elderly neighbour had a rise and recline chair that wasn’t working. An engineer came out but the chair was beyond repair. A new one was needed urgently. He called the shop, measured my neighbour and a new chair was delivered very quickly. Everyone I spoke to was amazing. When the new chair was delivered they moved the other one to another position as I would have struggled with it. My neighbour is very happy. I cannot praise the staff enough. Every single one was so helpful I can highly recommend this business. They do a very good range of items including stair lifts.

The team at Derbyshire mobility have been nothing but incredible. Having initially had a folding scooter, and now an electric wheel chair, they have listened to my needs, given great advice and at every point of the process they have been communicating with me clearly and been flexible. Craig and Rob are passionate about ensuring that individuals get the right equipment, and let you discuss your thoughts. At no point did it feel hurried or pressurised, but there approach and advice was not only reassuring, it was accurate and life changing. I can't recommend them highly enough. 5 stars is not enough. They have just gone above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you Derbyshire Mobility Team, you have given me back comfort and a level of independence. Brilliant Company.
