We were delighted with the care that was taken when we ordered are chair we were mafe to feel special customers and everything was explainded in detail This also applied to the delivery again great care and everything caregully explained I would highly recommend

We had a brilliant experience thanks to Karen. We were buying a new foldable scooter for my mum, and she was so kind, patient, and informative. Karen showed us different options, demoed how the scooters worked and collapsed, and even encouraged my mum to test drive — not just around the shop, but outside on the pavement. She offered gentle support and guidance, helping my mum feel truly confident before we left. There was absolutely no pushy sales pitch, just genuine care and human connection, which means a lot when shopping for something that can feel daunting. We also purchased a rise-and-recline chair, and again Karen was fantastic, super attentive to my mum’s needs, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. All round, a lovely experience. Thank you, Karen!
