Surrey Stairlifts

I had requested a service to replace the 2 sets of batteries and yes that was done. The problem is the rail was allowed to be reset in the wrong position. The chair finished 1 step below the top. I have ask them to come back and correct this but they wish to charge to me. As the problem was created by them I would expect them to correct it free of charge. They have refused.

Surrey Stairlifts have been outstanding at bringing back into service an older Stannah stair lift (approx 1O years old) that we have not had reason to use for many years. Initially the battery needed changing but then a further fault became apparent and Leon and his team responded very quickly to get the stair lift fully operational.
