Purchased a 360 outdoor/indoor power chair. The whole process ran smoothly from beginning to end. Bob was respectful, considerate & helpful regarding my specifications regarding outdoor demands, indoor accessibility and comfortability. This company is a keeper for me.

Purchased a disability adapted vehicle from Comfort Home Care. After an initial visit to discuss our requirements, the vehicle was sourced within three days. After thorough induction of how to use and operate all aspects of it, the purchase went ahead. Transaction was as smooth as could be. Help with paper work and registering and taxing the vehicle, changing ownership, etc, was superb. Big thankyou to Bob for all of his help. Excellent customer service.

First class service. I visited Comfort Home care last year with my parents as they wanted two armchairs. All I can say the lady who served us so sorry I did not get your name, what a truly caring patient lady you are. Time was took finding the right size chair for each of them and gave lots of time showing how the controls work, which includes a button what puts the chair all back as normal parents liked that !!!. They use the chairs everyday they love the comfort outstanding quality and I was impressed by the prices. As my parents live in Flitwick I wanted a local business close to them. They fit the bill perfectly in all aspects from choosing to delivery. Also a large variation in colours for chairs and sofas etc. Also can have chairs protected to keep them clean and have arm and head rest protection covers. Parents also purchased a two seater sofa which is absolutely so comfy to sit on which all the family agree. My parents are so very happy with their purchase , a company I would highly recommend thank you to you all.

I recently visited Comfort Homecare to purchase a mobility scooter and some additional aids to support my mobility with my wheelchair, and I received outstanding service from their sales manager Bob. From the moment I walked in, Bob was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right equipment for my needs. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choices. His knowledge and professionalism were excellent, and his kindness made the whole experience much easier for me. Thanks to Bob’s support, I now have a mobility scooter and aids that fit my needs perfectly. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend to anyone looking for mobility equipment and a team that truly cares.

Thank you so much Bob for my Whill C2, we had a few appointments to try different options to manage my pain and fatigue and this was the best fit for me and the car! I am a full time electric wheelchair user and Comfort Homecare is where I have been going since I moved to the area! I feel so welcome and understood at Comfort. I have bought two chairs from them now, one to use indoors and one outdoors. They have also fixed anything that has ever happened to my chairs. I am well listened to, my needs and opinions taken into consideration always. I have built a great relationship with the team and often have a laugh when I go down there. A massive thanks to the whole team! Especially Bob, Chris and Steve who have had to solve all my problems!
