DCS (Dolphin Care Stairlifts) & County Stairlifts

In Bournemouth and the surrounding area, Dolphin Care Stairlifts & County Stairlifts handles stairlift repairs and servicing, and the feedback gathered splits sharply between praise and serious complaints. Customers who were satisfied highlight the speed and friendliness of the response, with one describing a repair to a mother's stairlift as fantastic and another calling the service excellent, prompt and reasonably priced. Those positive accounts suggest that when a job goes smoothly, the team is courteous and efficient, and the cost is considered fair.

More critical reviews, however, describe staff as rude and, in one case, say the company failed to resolve a fault while still issuing a substantial bill. A further account reports unreliability, with the customer eventually having the lift removed by another firm and replacing it, finding that route cheaper overall. The recurring themes across the feedback are therefore mixed: quick, friendly help on some visits set against reports of poor manners, unresolved repairs and billing that customers felt was unjustified. The company is listed as a stairlift supplier and installer, and the work described centres on fixing and maintaining existing lifts rather than new installations.
