Dolphin Lifts South

Steve the engineer is an absolute asset to Dolphin Lifts South. I honestly thought he had just started with the company because his enthusiasm and joviality was that of a newbie. Turns out he had 25 years experience. He explained all the possibilities of the potential problems and tested each part until each problem was resolved. He was so knowledgeable as well as empathetic towards my elderly mother…….. I will never hesitate to use this service again and I will be telling anyone that will listen about the wonderful customer service and expertise we received today from Dolphin and Steve.

Used Dolphin Lifts South to purchase and fit a stair lift for my mother in law. They made the whole process easy. Steve was amazing when he attended to fit the lift. Polite and tidy he treated mum with respect. It really helped with her confidence -thank you

Steve fitted my new stairlift, he was kind, considerate and did a perfect job.He is a credit to the company

Phoned on Monday and Matt was going to call me back to arrange a visit to quote for a stairlift. It's now Thursday and no phone call. Now purchased elsewhere from efficient company

From Matt that came to measure for 2 new stairlifts to Steve fitting them exceptional professional service. Both friendly and kind to us and patient when our 93 year old mother was asking questions and not just about stairlifts😊. Steve also had a number of people using the stairs while he was fitting the ground floor stairlift, and he was so obliging nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Dolphin Lifts South installed our stairlift six years ago. Excellent service and a great stairlift. Stopped working the other week and needed a replacement chair swivel motor. They offered a reconditioned one which was great as it saved us a bit of money, and Steve, the engineer who came out to fix it did a great job - the wiring was a bit complicated but he persevered and got it working. Very happy!
