Bought a titan power chair from them couple months ago. Came with the seat belt torn, snapped battery cable. They don't pick the phone up, so we went down and they was non of the wiser of what I needed. Eventually they found the part number, ordered. Waited two weeks tried to call several times, still no answer. So had to go down and they told us it's on order and would be sent out to us. I'm still waiting 6 months later. Aftercare is terrible especially when your dealing with such expensive items such as wheelchairs.
