Incredible staff and support. Lots of empathy and understanding from the entire team here. Highly rexommend to anyone needing advice and help. Its not an instant upsell attempt like most places, they make it feel like they genuinely care and want to help.

Wonderful customer service received from Disable Aids .We were in need of sourcing an electric wheelchair for my Dad John whose mobility had deteriorated . Chris listened to our needs and at short notice provided a visit to my Dads home as well as coming to the nursing home to see my Dad while he was in respite .We had prompt response to emails and calls and felt that all interactions were completely customer focused . The company know their products very well and are very trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with . They certainly went the extra mile to help during what has been a tough time for my Dad . The difference the electric chair has made to my Dads safety and quality of life has been superb .A big thanks to Chris and his team

Superb customer service from start to finish. Chris was very friendly to deal with and went out of his way to find a specific piece of equipment we were looking for. Very responsive to emails and helpful with any questions/advice. I would not hesitate to use Disable Aids in Cannock again, we will certainly be back if we need anything in future.

Absolutely brilliant service today , 100% recommend them , receptionists deb and Sue were so friendly and helpful, but a massive thank you to chris who sorted my broken remote for my adjustable bed, he went above and beyond , my remote is now sorted and I can now use my bed again! Wonderful experience with Chris at Disable Aids. I needed a wheelchair for my mum who lives 3 hours away which meant I could not easily take her to find the right one. Chris visited her in the care home and did everything he could to make the experience as painless as possible. Obviously it is not an easy thing to reach the stage where you or a loved one starts to struggle with every day issues, so having someone who genuinely takes the time and trouble to find solutions, with patience and kindness is a real gift. I felt such relief at having someone I could really trust to help me find the right chair for her. I would definitely recommend.
