Amazing experience with Invictus Active! Disabled parking right outside and a great personal touch with your name waiting for you so you know exactly where to go. From the start of the process to the end, the whole team are so friendly and happy to ask even with the silliest questions. I was treated with such care and support with the kindest and understanding team. Not rushed at all and fully understood and was able to ask many questions so I left happy and full of confidence with my new TriRide. Sorted my chair and power attachment out so quickly and saved my holiday and Festival! So greatful for Scott, Kenzy and the whole team and already have my eye on a few more things so will definitely be back soon! 10/10 experience, couldn’t have asked for more from the team ᵕ̈

I recently got my wheelchair and TriRide serviced by Invictus Active after buying them a couple of years ago. The entire process was excellent - they accomodated a pick-up and drop-off shipping service for me as I was unable to visit the warehouse in person, and the entire team showed endless patience and helpfulness, from coordinating the shipping times with me through email, to advising me through WhatsApp on how to make the final adjustment to the TriRide after the return shipping. The service itself was fantastic, I love having my wheelchair and TriRide back in perfect condition, and I'll be going on as many trips as possible thanks to the team at Invictus Active!

I purchased the invictus active trainer and additional 1kg and 3kg weights to aid weight loss and improve fitness. I love my machine, it’s fairly easy to assemble and use - getting in and off took a little bit of practice at the beginning but can now do it with ease. The additional weights add extra resistance to wheeling. It’s a great investment if getting to the gym is a challenge.

Excellent customer service and fantastic communication, I purchased firstly the freewheel and adaptor for my manual wheelchair and just took delivery of the wheelchair trainer standard. Everything is fantastic quality I had some slight difficulty with assembly but that is because I am dual sensory impaired. All came right in the end , so pleased to be able to improve my wheelchair stamina and physical health independently. I would definitely recommend and I am going to purchase the 1 & 3kg weights to the 2kg weights supplied.
