I contacted Gentlerise on a Friday when my mother's stairlift failed. The new (reconditioned) one was in on Tuesday at a very good price. Excellent and thanks to Lee for being such a good installer

The stairlift was installed with care and attention to the surroundings done very professionaly and in a friendly manner an excellent job and a very clear explanation as to the controls etc could not have asked for a better installation a job very well done it is already in use and making life much easier thank you

Absolutely 5* service from our engineer, couldn’t have asked for better. He left the house clean and tidy after the insulation of our stairlift. He gave full instructions on how it worked and the after care. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you for peace of mind and making my husband safe, and dog!!!
