He was very professional and friendly. He gave me a trial run and explained the functioning details. Great customer service. Very empathetic and friendly. Fast installation date & quick installation on the day. Only issue we had was that we ordered a brand new stairlift but on inspection it was clearly a refurbished one with scratches on it. We raised this and sent photos. Quickly resolved with no stress. Apologised and offered a replacement new one or refund to to the price of a refurbished one. Stair lift works great and I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
Excellent company, very friendly and professional as was the engineer who installed the stairlift. Why spend a fortune on a new lift when Bradshaw's reconditioned ones are perfect. The stairlift has made a massive difference not only to my mother in law but to us as well giving us peace of mind.

Very pleased with reconditioned stair lift. Engineer was very capable and informed of all aspects of lift and its operation. It was installed quickly and I am well pleased with it. It has made my life easier.
