What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Bradshaw Stairlifts holds a 4.8 rating from 138 reviews. Customers frequently mention fast turnaround - from initial phone call to installation in under a week in several cases - along with competitively priced reconditioned units and engineers such as Shain praised for professional, efficient fitting.
One reviewer noted a stairlift arrived that was sold as new but had visible scratches, though they reported the issue was resolved quickly with an apology and a choice of full replacement or refund, and this appears to be an isolated incident rather than a recurring pattern in the reviews fetched.

After a good deal of research I chose Bradshaw stairlift, Acorn A180, reconditioned. Engineer named Shain installed the lift in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and friendly. He gave me a trial run and explained the functioning details. I am very happy with my stairlift and would have no hesitation in recommending Bradshaw stairlifts. Dr. Jagdish C Sharma
Great customer service. Very empathetic and friendly. Fast installation date & quick installation on the day. Only issue we had was that we ordered a brand new stairlift but on inspection it was clearly a refurbished one with scratches on it. We raised this and sent photos. Quickly resolved with no stress. Apologised and offered a replacement new one or refund to to the price of a refurbished one. Stair lift works great and I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
Excellent company, very friendly and professional as was the engineer who installed the stairlift. Why spend a fortune on a new lift when Bradshaw's reconditioned ones are perfect. The stairlift has made a massive difference not only to my mother in law but to us as well giving us peace of mind.
Really helpful from initial visit to fitting. Sorted any issues promptly.
Can’t praise this company enough.Needed a stairlift quick for my dad who was recently discharged from hospital and from first phone call to installation was less than a week. It’s been a godsend. Everyone we dealt with was polite, respectful and on time. Will definitely be recommending to people.
Top rate company, who truly care for their customers and everyone in the team try to do their best for the customer. Also a local company & family business and not a national company who don't know you. I would highly recommend Bradshaw Stairlifts to anyone.
Very pleased with reconditioned stair lift. Engineer was very capable and informed of all aspects of lift and its operation. It was installed quickly and I am well pleased with it. It has made my life easier.
