Poor customer service, lack of interest in dealing with matters with urgency and just overall poor professionalism shown both in person and over the phone. Case being, while the male worker did in fact attend the job on scheduled day by which they came to the door; there was a brief exchange of words in conversation between worker and resident present before worker seemed irritated and just walked off. Never returning, no explanation anything. Additionally when reporting this via call, I was informed on now two occasions that they will pass on details to service manager 'Mark' who will then look into it all and call me to discuss matters further shortly (implying same day response service) . However, A week has now past and we're still waiting despite calling again myself for further update recently. Guess we'll see what comes of it all eventually.
Servicing and repairs carried out by knowledgeable and pleasant engineers.
The lift has gone wrong at least 6 times this year alone (nothing but trouble during it's first year too) and we have been trapped in it 3 times recently. Finally, it seems now to be OK but I'm taking you to task re: the increase of 4 and a half percent on the maintenance contract this year.
On time, polite, friendly, thorough, considerate and tidy. Couldn't ask for a more painless experience!
Our engineer Lee did a great service without making any mess. Arrived on scheduled time and kept us informed of exactly what had been done.
The service was arranged and completed with no stress which is important when dealing with an elderly customer.
