Following a family members hip replacement it was decided a new riser/recliner chair was needed. We visited Stechford Mobility and was advised by Dave the different options available to us, a deal was struck and we purchased a very good chair. As we were leaving we expressed that we may return in the near future to have a look at the scooters, Dave then advised of the options due to height and size etc. Dave then pointed out a second hand model which was perfect, they had just completed an inspection and was about to advertise for sale. Dave gave a thorough description of all its features and we decided to purchase it, we certainly didn’t expect to but it was at a good price and ideally suited! Although it only had 116 miles on the clock and following a few short trips out it appeared to have a faulty chair, we believe the previous owner had left the scooter outside, not covered, and the wooden chair frame had rotted. We contacted SM and they promptly sent an engineer out, it didn’t take long for him to realise it was beyond repair, no worries, as he had brought along a new chair which he replaced! Excellent service, great pricing and a joy to deal with, I highly recommend SM, nothing short of A+, thank you.
I had a service on my mum’s stairlift today by Alex, he called to let me know what time he would arrive, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He discussed what needed doing and listened to my concerns. I felt the service I received was excellent from calling up to book right through to calling to pay. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you once again Alex and the team.
