The rep Anthony, was absolutely amazing. A few weeks before the Chilla Buggy was delivered, we moved home, 15mins before Anthony was due to deliver the Chilla Buggy, he received a phone call from the office with our new address. Rather than rebook delivery for another day or week, Anthony drove 165 miles so that my daughter could have the buggy the same day. I can't express enough how grateful I am to him. He didn't complain at all & spent a long time making sure the buggy was right for my daughter & adjusting various items on the buggy, such as the lap belt, harness, head support.

Brilliant service. You normally need businesses like then at tough times and Sean made it easy and painless. Sadly, we didn't need the chair for long, as mum died soon after delivery. Sean just charged us a very reasonable rental rate. Highly recommend
