Helpful, supportive, and a pleasure to talk to. Meanwood Mobility were the difference between us being stuck in the house and being able to get out on multiple occasions. The wheelchairs are good but it's the skill and effort they put into maintenance and support that really makes them a pleasure to deal with.

Usually extremely happy with this service but today has really irritated me. When I first hired a manual wheelchair it was one daily charge, Next time it was doubled and I was told it had been wrong before and I had got it cheap. This morning for a whole day less hire, I was charged as before. I was then told my previous hire was wrong and it is what it is. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, I experienced a take it or leave it attitude - as before. I took it as i needed it that day and left. The person offered to help me to load it into my car but I was way too irritated by now and left. I've now checked the website and found there are no prices listed to clarify either perspective. 😡

Unfortunately my mother was mis-sold a very expensive electric chair in October. My mum didn't have the capacity to use the chair and it was never used. My mum as very ill when she was taken to the shop by a carer - a well intentioned act, but with a poor outcome. My mum passed away in November. Although I have asked the shop to take the chair back at a fair second hand price, they have refused. I am now reporting the shop to trading standards. I would seriously think twice about buying from this shop because my experience and opinion is that they are not selling without a proper assessment of equipment suitability.

I have used this place several times over the last few years. Excellent service , I've bought a wheeler here and rented wheelchairs for my elderly 101 year old mother. The lady is very friendly and helpful.

Purchased a power chair and had excellent sales and after sales support and help. Needed speed adjustment and engineer came quickly and sorted issue out. I recommend this company as a excellent supplier and after sales support.
