I have had a very good man called Khaled putting me a stair lift in today. I have never met such a genuine hard working person. Kal was fabulous. My stairlift wasnt working correctly and i was told to try KSK Stairlift. After ringing to arrange appointment i nervously waited for Kal to arrive. No nerves needed Kal came and i felt totally at ease with him and knew he was the man for the job. Kal gave it a thorough service and repaired the fault didnt rush the job and made sure i was happy with the result. I'm pleased with the results and will be using KSK Stairlift for my annual service each year from now on. Elsie age 83
Kal came out and diagnosed the initial problem,and fixed it. The lift needed some additional.parts and work, and Kal returned to fix that to our delight and satisfaction. I would recommend KSK Stairlift as a professional and cost conscious company.
Absolutely delighted with the prompt, professional and friendly repair today (Mon) at my Mother-in-Law's home. (After being told by the original installers that they couldn't get here until Thursday because she didn't extend the warranty. 😳) So I found KSK on Google and Khalid came out within 3 hours 😁. He repaired the fault, replaced a missing trim, relaced a 'repaired' part with the correct part, realigned the track, then cleaned and serviced the chairlift. We took out a full warranty and feel totally confident that Khalid will continue to support us in the future. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome and experience. Thank you! Update: same thing happened with my own Mum recently. Same result. Khalid attended very early next day... once again fixed it. Thanks again Kal.
I contacted Kal through a recommendation to see if he could repair my parents stair lift after it stopped working at the top of the stairs. He was very polite, professional, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept me updated throughout the repair and managed to get the chair fixed and working again in just over an hour, and at a fraction of the cost of what my parents were quoted by others. I would definitely use Kal again in the future and highly recommend him to others.
