Leodis Stairlifts Stockport

Had a Stairlift put in for my Mum , , I can’t recommend them enough!!! from start to finish, they were superb, the Customer Service was second to none, they are so very helpful and friendly, even when it came down to not needing it any more , I phoned up and they were actually able to come out and take it away the same day , Thank you !

Having dealt with other stairlift companies I have found Leodis in Stockport head and shoulders above the rest. I was very impressed with Alan who visited my father at his property as he was personable and very informative without any hint of a sales pitch.Dan the fitter was also spot on as he was very sensitive to my father’s wishes and highly efficient. Excellent result as my father is delighted with his stairlift and it cost less than we thought based our previous experiences.

Supplied a stairlift for my mother. Allan came round and explained all the options. There was no hard sell and he was very polite and caring in talking to my 92 year old mother. All the options and costs were explained very clearly. We went ahead and the stairlift was installed the next working day. Mike? installed the stairlift. He just got on with the jod. Everything was left clean and tidy. He demonstrated the operation in an easy to understand way and answered any questions we had. We had a call after 1 week to check everything was ok and have been given the telephone numbers of the support team, if needed. I can highly recommend this company.

This is a brilliant company. From start to finish the people involved were highly competent, kind, considerate and helpful. The stairlift was installed in a challenging staircase location within a few days of making first contact and it is a first class installation at a very reasonable cost. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

When I contacted Leodis stairlifts, I was delighted that a visit was arranged for the following week. I was informed of the representative name in advance for security reasons. When the appointment took place, all the details were explined in plain English. The representative was amazing, he put us at ease, tailored our requirements to suit the stairs and explained payment options. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision there and then however we were so pleased with the option that was best for us we decided to go ahead. The week later we had the stair lift fitted. The technician was extreamly professional, friendly and took time to explain how to use the stair lift, before he left he made sure I was comfortable using the stair lift. We are assured we have 24,7 after care should we require any further assistance in the future. I would highly recomend Leodis Stairlifts Stockport. In a word Fantastic!

Delighted to say that we have had a great experience with Leodis from start to finish and we highly recommend the company. The response was quick and the first visit to take measurements and provide a quotation was also swift and straightforward. The stairlift was installed within a week and immediately made life so much easier and safer.
