Leodis Stairlifts

Highly satisfied with the supply and fitting of the stairlifts (we had 2).However,unfortunately mum never came home ,so the stairlifts were never used.We paid over£4000.00 for a new one and a reconditioned one.Both were straight flights.Four months after fitting we asked Leodis if they would buy them back.They offered us £250.00p for both!!!!So…BEWARE!!!! If I ever have cause to deal with a stairlift company again I will be choosing a company that offers a better after service.SHOP AROUND before you buy while you are in a position of strength.Old age and infirmity is exploited by every company it seems

Great service when my mother's stair lift broke down. Came very quickly to fix problem. Lift was needed urgently so my Mother could go to bathroom . Came prepared with all the parts plus PPE and social distance as my mum was in self isolation. Thanks again
