We recently had a stairlift fitted by Leodis, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I first rang on a Tuesday and spoke with Lindsey, who was so friendly and helpful. By Thursday morning, Chris came out to measure up and clearly explained everything, including prices. That same afternoon, Martin in the office guided us through the next steps, and by Friday, Johnny had the stairlift fitted perfectly. The speed, professionalism, and care shown by the whole team was nothing short of 5-star service. We couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend Leodis to anyone considering a stairlift.

Came across Leodis stairlifts just by chance on line ,a sales person came to the house talked us through the product, gave us a quotation ,which was competitive,they were not pushy at all, the stairlift was installed within 3hours ,works fine, makes life a lot easier. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had 2 stairlifts fitted today and we are really pleased with them .The Engineer Lee arrived at the scheduled time and fitted them exactly how we wanted them. when each stairlift was fitted we were given a demonstration on how they worked with the seat controls and the remote controls and how the seats moved into different positions for getting on and getting off. would definitely recommend this company for anybody wanting to have stair lift fitted. we got a very competitive price which we are really pleased with.

Having requested site assessments and quotes from 3 companies for a stairlift for my mother, we went with Leodis on the basis of price and how helpful they were both at the site visit and in a couple of followup calls. We have been very pleased with the service received at all stages, and particularly by Russ, the salesman, Ian, the engineer, and Hollie on administration. It has been helpful, professional and friendly at all stages. The stairlift has been in for two weeks and my mother is delighted with it.

I enquired about renting a stairlift on the Friday. The lady was very compassionate and professional. A gentleman called Nigel, who was also very sympathetic to my situation, visited to carry out the survey on the following Wednesday. The stairlift was actually fitted on the Friday by Connor, who was very efficient, helpful and took great care in his work. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and more than happy with the interactions I have had with staff. Fabulous company to deal with, from our initial consultation to fitting it was a very easy process. Lots of options, even for our difficult stairs, and very competitive on price. We would highly recommend this company, we only wish that we'd had a stair lift fitted sooner.
