After my Father's disabled facilities grant was approved in December it took Liftech 4 months to finally install a ceiling hoist. Any number of repeated and contradictory excuses were given for the delays. Even the fitting went wrong because their surveyor hadn't surveyed properly and they had not brought the right kit. With such a long delay, Dad only used the lift for a month before passing. For reasons best known to themselves, the engineers glued as well as bolted the frame and when they came to remove it they did considerable damage to the walls. They now deny this is their responsibility despite the paperwork saying they are responsible. Chaotic, disorganised and just plain dishonest.

Had an engineer call out today. Excellent swift service. Brad our engineer was friendly and professional. Very kind and helpful.

What an outstanding business this is! From the first phone call from a charming lady to the survey by Adam, electrics by Simon and finally the installation by Leith and Damian. Everything was so streamlined and efficient and I was so impressed with the cleaning on the go, hole filling from the rails and the general cheerfulness of everyone we dealt with. This has been life changing for my Mum. Well done everyone!

Liftech installed our stair lift in 2007. Sixteen years later, after a break in use of five years, Will came got it up and running again. This is a massive boost to my Dad’s independence and I’m so grateful. The service appointment was on the same day I called for help. Will had the parts on board to fix it. Estimated cost of repair was exactly right. You just couldn’t ask for better service. Will was on time, worked carefully and tidily and was a pleasure to have working in our house.
