Platform Lift Company

Platform Lift Company are outstanding. Their level of support and communication is exceptional, consistently going above and beyond expectations. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Poor communication and no after sales support - we are a charity supporting young people with disabilities and rely on our lift but when our lift failed they broke promise on their warranty, and seem happy to leave us without a working lift!! We could not recommend this company to anyone!!

From the initial enquiry to the final installation, Platform Lift Company were perfect. They were extremely helpful with advice on the right platform lift for our customers and the space we had to work with. The end product is fantastic and getting lot's of use by our customers already. Would highly recommend.

This compmany is a pleasure to work with, they provide excellent support and prompt service

Liam and the Platform Lift Company have been Great from our initial meeting and all the way through the installation Note: The after-care has also been exceptional any problem there just a phone call away.

The Platform Lift Company have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from quote to installation and aftercare. The lift has revolutionised our space, and has made our Hub completely accessible for every member of our Community. The lift is a quality product, and has been created to specifically meet our needs. All contact that we have had has been professional and friendly, and I genuinely believe that the Platform Lift Company cares about not only the products they supply but also the people those products support. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a lift installer.

After using several company’s that all had no idea of the problems and no idea how to fix our lift platform lift company actually sent a experienced member round and had it fixed in no time we now use them for all repairs and have never had a problem
