London Mobility

Went in a few days ago to buy a walker the lady in the shop was so kind and helpful and helped me get the right item for me it wasn’t in the sock but arrived a few days later and she had it delivered to my house the quality and price is amazing so happy I found this shop and a huge thank you to the lady unfortunately I didn’t get her name

I dropped into this shop as an emergency, I was visiting London and left my Power chair charger at home! The lovely lady plugged my chair in to charge and found me a replacement so I could go on my way. I would 110% recommend this shop to anyone, emergency or not 🥰

We were shopping for a compact electric wheelchair for Mum and found this store online, which listed its Saturday closing time as 3 PM. Based on that, we decided to visit. However, when we arrived, the store was locked. We spoke to a customer who had just come out and advised us to knock and wait, as someone might still be inside. We waited a few minutes and saw a staff member go into the office without acknowledging us. After knocking again, she eventually came to the door and told us the store was closed. I explained that we came based on the 3 PM closing time listed online. She apologized and said the hours online were incorrect. She also mentioned she was working alone and had planned to close at 1 PM. She then added that we should have called ahead before coming. I told her we didn’t think that was necessary since the opening hours were clearly posted online. I asked if she could quickly show us their compact foldable wheelchairs, promising not to take much of her time. She showed us two models, mentioning they weighed 20kg and 28kg, then returned to the office. When I asked if she could demonstrate how one folds down, she said it wasn’t changed and didn’t assist further. At that point, we decided to leave. It was clear there was little interest in helping or making a sale. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The unclear and limited opening hours are especially inconvenient for customers with mobility issues, and for people who work full-time and can only visit on weekends. The store is closed on Sundays, and now it seems there’s confusion about Saturday hours too. A bit more consideration and accurate information would go a long way.

Jenni (spelling?) IS THE VERY BEST!!!!! My patient and I are traveling from the US, here in London. They (my patient) use an electrical wheelchair and we were unaware of the MAJOR voltage difference between the US & the UK (US being 120 v & UK being 230 v). We plugged the US charger in at the hotel and the chair's charger was immediately fried! Jenni hooked me up with exactly what we needed to ensure my patient and I are able to get home & enjoy the rest of our trip!!!! Jenni, you're the BEST!!!!! Thank you for saving our lives!

On the A40 so easy to get to and has free parking. Staff was helpful and friendly. A wide range of wheelchairs - both self-driven, electric and ones with smaller wheels. Staff was happy for us to check if they fit in our boot.

Jenny and her partner went above and beyond with their help when we arrived at the showroom, without notice, with a problem with my son's wheelchair. Their kindness and generosity restore our faith in people. Thank you so much.

I have always had a positive experience with the London mobility. Jenny and her team are incredible. Most of my interactions have been with Jenny.She is helpful, friendly and will always going out of her way to sort out any issues I have ever had. I would highly recommend using London mobility for the best customer service and peace of mind.
