My very old mobility scooter when in for a repair to have the motor/brake fixed, they picked it up and delivered it back, working like new, thanks 😊

I've been with these now for many years.steve n John are such lovely n caring men.always very helpful.polite.and will do anything for u..I can't complain about this shop and Steve n John.. I would recommend them to anyone and already hav..the best shop..u can't deal with anyone better anywhere else..nothing is too much trouble for them..thank u Steve n John for ur many years of service to me..love u both..xx..

Absolutely rubbish. Bought a disability scooter for my mum, it wasn’t delivered and after a couple of months I was made refund but £60 less….

Absolute disgraceful attitude from “Steve”. Failure to honour warranty given in writing, after only 6 months of owning a scooter purchased here that broke - meaning the scooter user was immobile and housebound. Promised the world until CASH is handed over. Brilliant customer service until you’ve paid - then you’re treated like something he’s trodden in. Avoid at all costs - spend the little extra and buy from a company who honours warranty and speaks to you with respect.

Whilst the shop assistant who dealt with my rented wheelchair being hired to me was great, the owner was rude and blamed me for not getting the chair back on time, despite my having been there before the closing time on the date due for return, he'd locked up early and gone off. Following day was half day opening and my pain relief, unfortunately, sent me back to sleep in the last half hour of them being open, so went straight there at opening time the following working day, and was offered half of my deposit back as things were booked out for hire. I fail to see how something would be hired out for collection between the end of one working day and the opening of the next - is it just me that doesn't see the logic???

Awful customer service. Spoke to a guy in there last year, really rushed off his feet but so lovely. Took time to help me and explain things. Been in today to change a battery, given an absolutely ridiculous price, this other guy pretty much called laughed me out the shop when I tried to have a conversation. Rudest man I've ever met. Didn't care, didn't want to help. Put the battery on the floor instead of handing it to me like I was a dog. Avoid like the plague!!!

The shop assistant was absolutely brilliant. He spoke really nicely but the owner was an absolute disgrace. He spoke soo rudely. He said I couldnt get a refund because the product was ordered and he paid for it even though that had nothing to do with me. Once my item had arrived in the shop after 3 months he didn't notify me. He said he won't give me a refund so either take it or leave it. The owner has little to no knowledge of customer service. The owner also told me £60 was not a lot of money but for some of us it is. He had no right to say that. Unbelievable!!!!!! If I had read some of the reviews before hand I would have never gone to purchase form this shop. The day my husband had gone to collect he found the owner telling an elderly lady off. Now that's not nice. It's out of order.
