I visited last week for a key as my wife had lost the only key we had, when I went to see the lad he went above and beyond to help he must have tried about 100 keys for me unfortunately none fit but they ordered 2 for me collected the next day. Fantastic people thank you
These guys are THE best. Called them 9:30 Monday desperate to get my electric wheelchair fixed. Im housebound without it and it broke down over the weekend. They had it collected an hour later. By the end of the day they’d called with an assessment and fix options with prices so I could decide. Had it back fully repaired the following morning. 24 hours from initial contact to fully fixed and home. Doesn’t get better than that! Very reasonably priced as well. Very knowledgable, very eager to help the disabled community get top level help. I cant praise this team highly enough! I’ll be using these guys again as will my family.
Took my scooter to be repaired and serviced here clare and billy went to there extremes to help I would highly recommend this company the staff were very polite and helpful a good variety of mobility equipment on offer many thanks to you all 10 out of 10 from me
Came here to see if a part on mum's rollator could be fixed. Owners friendly and helpful, and suggested she buy a new one(as cheaper than getting it fixed )as Jet2 had damaged it too much,! Even set it up so ready to use. If there's anything you need, they can get it , if not already got it . Would recommend .
Staff eager to help and go to the furthest limits to fix problems. Good selection of care and mobility items on view in the shop. Some pre owned mobility scooters offered for sale as well a factory fresh models
