Outstanding customer service. Set out last Saturday to tour mobility scooter suppliers in the area for a folding travel scooter for my wife. Popped in here not really expecting much because of location and outward appearance. Do not be fooled by this The lady took time to establish precisely what was required and how/ when it would be used. She went to great lengths explaining and demonstrating the scooter available only letting us out when she was satisfied that it was suitable and manageable. Customer service at its finest. Well done. I can thoroughly recommend
Absolutely amazing customer service today from these guys! Cannot thank them enough for sorting my mum's scooter that had an issue while we were on holiday. Highly recommend!
Popped in on Saturday to buy a walking stick, which I never expected to need 'til now (hip, arthritis etc). The lady in the shop couldn' t have been more helpful. She watched me walk up and down several times, talked me through how to correctly use the stick (it may seem obvious to many, but wasn't to me), and put up with me moaning about suddenly needing the thing. Very good service, and much appreciated.
What a great lady Sam is. So very very helpful at getting the right mobility scooter to suit our mum's needs. Patient and understanding and a pleasure to meet and deal with. Thank you!
