Would absolutely recommend this mobility shop everyone was more than helpful both Dale and the gentleman behind the counter in the shop where very thorough explaining the workings of the scooter and Dan who delivered it could not have been more helpful so THAMK YOU LIFESTYLE.

Myself and my father-in-law went into to look at getting a chair for my mother-in-law. She then went into hospital before they could check the fit etc at home as she couldn’t visit the shop. Held onto the chair for us and delivered as soon as she was home. Dale went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank him enough for the outstanding service he provided.

Popped in this morning with mum looking for a lightweight outdoor walker. We were met by Dale at the door, the Branch Manager who was very helpful and offered us a seat while he showed mum several different types of walker. Dale encouraged mum to go outside the shop and try the walker on the pavement and showed us how to adjust, folder and lock the walker. When mum had decided which one she wanted he helpfully swapped the shopping bags over so she had a bag with a lid and popped a walking stick holder on to it. Whilst Dale was swapping the bits the other young man registered mum on their system and took payment. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and the shopping experience was really easy and friendly with no pushing selling or complication. 5 star service all round and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting friendly advice on any mobility product.

Nathan and Dale were very helpful when my sister went in to purchase a scooter. They made sure she had no problem with manoeuvre it ,Dale took her out on the pavement to make sure she was happy driving it. They also checked there was no problem getting it in and out of car . We would definitely highly recommended.
