Kieth was brilliant, very informative, friendly. Gave peace of mind to elderly parents on details, costs and how soon it could be installed. So much so we went ahead straight away.
Great service. Lovely friendly lady came to assess and quickly worked out the most suitable and price within my budget. The installation was arranged very quickly and a week later I had my refurbished stair lift that looks brand new. The young man who installed it was very efficient and professional and completed job in under 2 hours. Marvelous experience all round things were explained in a clear manner. With no pressure to buy. Hence 5* 🤩
I can't recommend this company enough they are fantastic the engineer that came sorry forgot his name was great he explained everything to me did not push for sale was very polite he is the tipe of person you really nead when buying And the fitter Paul was excellent very polite caring friendly and very quick installing my 💺 lift explained everything to me on how it works and what to do and no mess at all in it would highly recommend these 2 gentlemen and highly recommend this company wish I had got one sooner Thank you so much
We had Steve Watson round today only rang up thus morning . Great service he was si friendly and helpful we were getting others but after spending time with Steve we both thought no let's take companys advice and go with this company
We recently purchased a Handicare 1100 ( nearly new ) stairlift from My Mobility UK and what was initially a daunting project turned out to be a breeze. The surveyor John Parkhill was very sympathetic to our needs and without any pressure came up with the ideal solution that could be installed within the week. The engineers Ryan and Rob were pleasant and professional and made the installation as easy as possible.
Very good service from this company. prompt installation by Jack who was friendly, polite and professional. unfortunately he had to come back the next day to finish the installation as he had been given the wrong plate to attach it to the stairs due to the manufacturer changing the part slightly, which no-one seemed to know about! He came back early the next day and finished the job making it a very neat installation. well done!!
