It was a pleasure to deal with this company. I ve received a quote in an hour and administrator was polite, helpful and understanding. Very quick service. Paul installed the stairlift for my grandfather the next day after the request . Great price as well.

Pennine were consistently helpful and understanding, and (unlike some of the big firms!) didn't pester me with marketing phone calls. I'm delighted with my reconditioned lift, which they were able to install in good time and at a much lower price than the big companies. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Absolutely amazing Stairlft wasn't working I phoned them up and Paul came out within 2 hours late afternoon and replaced a circuit board that had burnt out Very friendly guy very polite nothing too much trouble for him. I wouldn't trust anyone else
