Fantastic. My parents were looking to get a stair lift installed ASAP. Sarah came around quickly to measure up talking to both my mum and dad about what they wanted. There was no heavy sales talk or pressure. Straight away mum and dad decided to go with priority. The lift was installed a few days later. Dad needed a bar fitted to pull him out of the lift this was installed quickly the following day and for free. Again showing the customer is their priority. The total cost was fantastic and has made life so much easier for mum and dad. Everyone who came to assess fit and check up did so with so much respect. Brilliant company would totally recommend. Phoned Priority of the off chance they could fit new batteries to my mother's handi- care 1100 stairlift ,Josh answered the phone and said they were very busy but if he could get us in he would, true to his word got a phone call he was on his way. After 30 minutes there he was with his trainee, within twenty or so minutes the batteries were in and the stairlift ready for the evening operation with my Mother , so a BIG thank you to Josh & Pirority stairlifts promted and professional service.
