From my initial enquiry until the sad time I had to phone to book an appointment for the removal of the stairlift , I have received a most caring, professional and fast response from Trent Stairlift. The fact that one can rent a stairlift for as long as needed was an added bonus and a great feature of this company. Everyone I have met connected with this company has to be commended for their empathy and kindness. I have no hesitation in recommending Trent Stairlifts.

Had a curved stairlift installed for my father who had just come out of hospital. The lads at Trent stairlifts were very professional, very informative and courteous of my father’s needs. They were able to come out, measure up, give a free quotation and install the stairlift within 1 week. They were very clean, tidy and helpful when installing. I would highly recommend to others. 10/10 for service.
Contacted Trent Stairlifts for a price on renting a stairlift. They were so helpful with prices, models and requirements etc and came out to give us a free quotation.
