Had excellent service when using Shopmobility in York this week. Friendly service with plenty of options available, even later in the day. Website told me everything I needed to know before coming. Thank you!

Great service provided by the shopmobility team at Coppergate York. Very helpful and very reasonably priced scooter hire which made our visit to York more enjoyable, would definitely use again.

In a moment of Panic, having realised I’d left the Seat of my Grandmothers Mobility scooter 60 Miles away, I Rang Shopmobility and was put through to Jo who explained they had both Wheelchairs and Scooters readily available and that I’d be able to collect Immediately. We arrived and were pleasantly greeted by Jo Herself who couldn’t have been more Helpful! Whole process made really easy and well and truly saved my skin! 10/10 All Round

Hired a scooter from here for a few hours in York. The process was so easy and the lady on the desk was very helpful. She even brought the scooter to me in the car park as I was struggling that day. This allowed me to get out for the first time in months. Will definitely be back.
