failed to come on day arranged, i had to phone an hour after agreed time to see where he was. gentleman was polite and and respectful. said bed was fine. it still squeaks

Tony is really friendly and helpful. Even when the problem we had with the mobility scooter persisted he kept coming out to help us. Sadly the issue seems it can't be fixed but that isn't due to lack of trying to fix it.

After some bad experiences with mobility companies in the past I was nervous about trusting anyone to service my chair. Thankfully I went to the right place!! 100% recommend Versomed and will definitely going back to them in future. Really lovely and a very reasonable price.

Absolutely lovely guy, did a thorough and great job, and would definitely use again! He’s now my speed dial number for if I have any issues with my wheelchair.
