Alpha Stairlifts is a stairlift supplier and installer based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The company supplies and installs outdoor, straight rail and curved rail stairlifts. It also offers re-furbished stairlifts and deals with the world's leading stairlift manufacturer. Services include a free no obligation survey and quote. Alpha Stairlifts serves Newcastle and the North East, including Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Durham, Gateshead, South Shields, Washington, Bishop Auckland, Hartlepool and Darlington, and is willing to travel nationwide for customers.

Families arranging a stairlift for an older relative describe a straightforward and caring process from the first visit through to installation. The representative who came to assess the staircase is repeatedly praised for patience and clear explanations, with customers noting that information was provided without any pressure to buy. Fitting is described as quick, with several households saying the lift was installed within days of giving approval. The price is mentioned often as competitive, and reviewers note that the equipment is easy for older users to operate.

Named staff, including Mick, Mickael and the engineer Chris, are thanked for their friendly and professional manner throughout the job. Tidiness and reliability after fitting also feature in accounts, and the kindness shown to elderly clients is a theme that comes up frequently. Where minor issues arose, customers report that they were dealt with without fuss. Alpha Stairlifts leaves households satisfied with both the finished stairlift and the considerate service, with the improved access upstairs being the point families return to most.
