Will only sell you what you need, the customer comes first. Would never go anywhere else. Just been today (1st July 2026) for wheelchair repair, breaks not holding, handle on back of chair fell off! I rang and was told to bring in. As soon as I arrived the gentleman looked at it and made it 100% again quickly too! No charge just said put some money in charity Box which I happily did. Yet again they have been 100% Please check them out before considering going elsewhere.

Went over to sawston to buy my first mobility scooter very helpful ordered one on Tuesday picked it up on Thursday the staff I dealt with were wonderful showed us how to dismantle it put it in the car very professional young lady helped us would advise any one looking for mobility aids to go here first

Terrible after sale support, they suggested to use You Tube to fix problems....

My late sister was transferred to a new care home , very quickly upgraded to nursing requirements and she need a wheelchair . Due to her size, she needed larger model, contacted the company and Led met me at the home, took measurements etc a couple of days later he returned with the new wheelchair. My daughter and I knew the wheelchair would not be used for an extended peri9d 9f time due to my sisters deterioration. Just over 4 months later I phoned explained my sister had passed away and would sell the wheelchair. Lee asked how much I wanted and unable to remember the original price gave a low figure And he immediately responded Thats much to low, I will give you double that. I accepted, shook hands and the money was transferred there and then into my sisters account And he then took the chair. . Excellent service, no pressure at all , just good old fashioned courtesy helpful and professional Definitely f8ve stars
