Nicky came to have a look at our stairlift as an emergency and couldn't have been more helpful ,he was on time explained everything that was needed to repair the stairlift and got on with the job straight away, a very clean worker leaving no mess and the stairlift is now in perfect working order, and I would definitely recommend Nicky and if we were to have more problems in the future he would be our first port of call .
Nick came to our rescue, when our existing company didn’t have an engineer to repair my elderly parents’ stairlift. Dad is unable to climb the stairs at all and Nick came to us so promptly. He is friendly, helpful and professional. He knew exactly what could be wrong before visiting and was able to fix it immediately. A huge thanks Highly recommended. 🙂
First Class service! Made contact with Nick who is the absolute professional. We need urgently need the stair lift and he recognised this. He put elderly parents minds at rest and was so prompt and efficient, I cannot speak more highly of the personal service we received. Thank you so much.
When ordering the stairlift from Nick, I explained the urgency. It was ordered the same day and fitted within a week (on Good Friday bank holiday). The work was undertaken with no fuss and the area was left clean and tidy. Nick also took plenty of time running through and explaining the various features to my parents. Overall really happy with the price and level of service given.
