So light to lift into the car and I can’t believe how easy it is to fold and unfold and put the seat down. Now waiting for delivery in few days time. Such a lovely store and helpful staff.
Katinka Hobers along with Jason were great with helping our parents choose the right chairs to suit their individual needs. We feel confident that with Katinka and Jason’s help our parents will be safer at home getting in and out of their chairs which are risers. A fabulous experience with Katinka at CareCo Sompting today. Attentive, knowledgeable and very caring of my elderly mum. We tried 3 lightweight mobility scooters, Katinka was very keen to find out what my mums needs were and suggested an excellent model which we purchased. Highly recommend!
Vicky at the Lancing branch provided excellent customer service when purchasing a mobility scooter for the first time. She went above and beyond showing me how it would dismantle and then be put back together, which as a carer was invaluable. We went back a second time and Chloe at the Lancing branch was super helpful and friendly - we purchased a riser recliner and a foot pedal exerciser. She was really kind and took into account all our requests when we first arrived and allowed us plenty of time to make an informed decision.
We visited CareCo, Brighton today to purchase a combi Walker/Wheelchair chair. The team allowed my mum to try it in both positions, we were allowed to take it outside the shop to see how it pushed on gravel surface and to check it fitted into the back of my mini. The team were very knowledgeable and showed us how the walker/chair worked. Katinha was very caring when we came to making the final purchase. I would definitely recommend trying before buying.
Vicky was extremely kind and helpful, and even took the time to pump up the tires on another chair for me try it out properly. I felt confident in the chair I was buying and reassured by Vicky. Thanks for your help! I had some faults with my chair upon delivery to my home, but this was in no way a reflection upon the Brighton showroom but rather a warehouse issue. I'm still awaiting my replacement chair but hopefully should be with me by tomorrow.
We had the pleasure to be served by Piers Noble yesterday. He was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. Although both my husband and myself have mobility problems he managed to reassure us of our ability to use the Zora battery operated wheelchair. Nothing was rushed and he seemed genuinely interested in satisfying all our queries. A very good member of the CareCo team.
