My mum was delighted with her new mobility scooter which will give her the freedom she so misses. I (and my mum) have no hesitation in giving Careco a five star review.
Scott was excellent. Got exactly what I needed. Not pushy just very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend CareCo. Thank you 10/10 stars.
Wanted a sturdier wheelchair for my wife. Salesman Mark Febers asked us if we had any specific requirements. He then took what we had told him and he presented us with available options, explained the differences between each and helped us narrow the options down until we had the one meeting our requirements. No hard sales tactics, no pushing you towards a more expensive product, just good friendly service, listened to the customers needs and had excellent product knowledge. Give these guys a try if you are in the area I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Very pleased with my experience at care Co battlefield. Was well looked after by Pauline who totally understood my physical needs. I purchased a four wheel walker with seat which will make a huge difference to my mobility. Can highly recommend this firm for anyone who has mobility issues. Ten out of ten!
Visited your Glasgow showroom today to look for a Rollator/wheelchair.. Was impressed by the professional and friendly service we received, did not at any time feel pressured to make a purchase Scott the showroom manager was extremely helpful and informative making sure that I roadtested the equipment both in the showroom and outside. Will definitely visit again if required . Efficient service, purchase to be delivered the. next day.
Very impressed with CareCo Glasgow. It's a bright and airy store and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I was a little aprehensive before going in as I was expecting salesmen to be intrusive and try to push me into buying something but it was the complete opposite. The staff member was very helpful but also left me alone to decide for myself.
First visit to Care Co, Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the scooter my wife was interested in. Having the test circuit with the different surfaces was excellent for my wife trying the scooter. A relaxed and enjoyable experience, just waiting on the scooter being delivered.
