CareCo Ipswich

Visited the Ipswich Store and were greeted by Branka who provided a very friendly and efficient service. She was very knowledgeable and provided expert service to enable my wife to get the product most suitable for her needs. She was very patient and we didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision there and then. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone.

I honestly cannot recommend CareCo in Ipswich highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the level of care, patience and genuine customer service was fantastic. I had already picked out a self-propelled wheelchair online, but being able to actually try it properly in the store made all the difference. The lady who helped me, originally from Slovenia was absolutely incredible. She made me feel completely at ease, and I particularly loved her sense of humour, which went down extremely well and made what could have been quite a daunting experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Rather than simply letting me sit in the wheelchair and make a decision, she encouraged me to really try it out. I was able to roam around the store, get a proper feel for how it handled and even take it outside and wheel it around the car park. This gave me the confidence that I had made the right choice before committing to it. The help didn’t stop there either. They showed me exactly how to disassemble the wheelchair so that it would fit into my car, and then helped me put it back together again. I was pleasantly surprised at just how straightforward the whole process was. What really stood out to me was that I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. They genuinely wanted to make sure the wheelchair was right for me and that I was comfortable and confident using it. I went into CareCo having found a wheelchair I liked online, but I came away having genuinely fallen in love with it, and a big part of that was down to the fantastic experience I had in the store. A huge thank you to the team, and especially to the wonderful lady from Slovenia who looked after me. Her knowledge, patience, humour and kindness made the whole experience brilliant. 5 stars without hesitation. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Branka Makse Gearing took so much trouble to help our family choose the right wheelchair. We are very impressed with the service and the prompt delivery today. We will definitely shop there again even though it’s 25 miles away

Having brought a scooter from CareCo, thought following might be useful. I purchased the vice 4! Having had free rein to try the scooter out in the showroom and just outside, it was definitely a godsend. I’ve used it 3times, twice on my own in the park! I can say that the dog is very happy! Easy to use, choose your speed that suits conditions. The buying process was easy and delivery was perfect! Two polite friendly guys. I got this in the sale, which is an added bonus, Lawrence was patient, answered all questions, nothing was too much trouble! Friendly. There’s not much you can add except thank you for all of your time Lawrence. Definitely give 5 stars to everything.

We visited CareCo on recommendation and we were not disappointed. On entering Keith was very welcoming and friendly. We were looking for a travel scooter for my 92 year old mother, Keith gave us sound advice as to her needs. She tried a couple of scooters out, she could spend as much time as she liked. He showed us how to take the scooter apart and put it back together, more than once. Nothing was too much trouble. We came away with a lovely scooter, my mother is very pleased with. Would definitely recommend CareCo.

We visited CareCo in Ipswich to look into mobility scooters, knowing there was a trade-off between weight and capabilities. Keith was very knowledgeable about the scooters, and showed us a few different scooters meeting our requirements. I was able to test drive them, and also tried taking our favourite apart to see how easy that was and how it fitted in our car boot. That meant we could make a meaningful decision about which to choose. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

We were initially allowed to walk round the showroom to check the chairs on show and when ready engaged with Keith the demonstrators. After finding out our needs pointed out and demonstrated the options for us. The final bits such as fabric type and material were chosen from the books available. Keith identified our choices in a pamphlet which allowed us to get back to them with a final decision over the phone. It’s nice to be able to walk around without being hassled or rushed, thanks Keith for your patience and not treating us as just another sale, 😛👍
