I was advised to go to a spe ialiat company and didn't know where to start so as always went to google and CareCo came up and as its in leicester its close by to take my grandma to physically try out the chairs amd get some In person specialist support. We are over the moon, we parked with ease outside the store, and upon entry was greeted by Michael. Michael's nature and care for his customers is fantastic he took his time to explain in detail the variants of chairs and how they can be bespoke for grandmas comfort and needs and let her try different ones out to see the best option for her. The options available were great from choosing the cushion style, martial, colours a s even the oak leg colour. Having my 5 year old In toe is never easy but again he engaged and kept him occupied too whilst giving a really lovely service. There was no pressure to buy what so ever and was clear on pricing of all aspects of our purchase. We came away with a 4 motor recliner for grandma and its safe to say she not only feels comfortable but look extremely relax when seated now. As they get older they spend more time in a chair and this will be the best investment she has had in a long time. Even supported by having memory functions on the remote which is great to support her early onset dementia, at the click of a button she her chair get her into her set comfy positions (2 memory modes). Roll on delivery..! Thankyou so much it was a pleasure shopping and will definatly be back as the beds and mobility scooters look brilliant to help support her sleep and keep her independence outsode of the home too. We visited CareCo Leicester branch to view mobility scooters. We were assisted by Michael Turner and he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took time to explain the pros and cons of various scooters and allowed my husband to try them out and see if the scooter will fit in our car. We decided to purchase the Aethos scooter and before we left the store at 13.15 we had a text message to advise the scooter would be delivered the next day. We received excellent communication from the delivery company and it was delivered at 7.15am the next morning. Fantastic service! It was packaged very well. My husband managed to put the scooter together in 20 minutes. We have been extremely impressed with the service of Michael would definitely recommend CareCo Leicester. Thank you
Asked for a Stepping Stool and a bath bench - They forgot to add the Bath Bench to the order, and they won't sell us the one in store for "hygiene reasons". I'm happy to wash it myself, but the priority is to get my Mum in the bath for her short visit. Thanks for nothing, Natasha.
Robert, of Careco, Leicester. Was most helpful in-regards too selling me a motorbility scooter. He showed me several models and explained clearly the pros & cons of each model relative to my medical situation. Robert was also very polite and at no point did I feel I was buying something I didn’t need. He is a credit to your company. Keep up the good work Robert.
When i went to the shop there were a few people in the store.Jess was the only member of staff working that day (sunday). When i arrived shs explained that she had to see people before me, offered me a seat and got me a glass of water. When she got to me i found her to be very friendly, efficient and knowledgably, nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit and a great asset to the company, i hope the rest of .y experience with company is as good.
Michael was really helpful and friendly from the moment I walked into the store. He helped me get the right wheelchair for what I needed. He listened and spoke to me not my parents. The wheelchair came within the 24hours. I am extremely happy with the service provided.
I was greeted by both the sales people. Emily Green showed me the different rollators, pointed out the differences including weights. Then left my friend and I to try them, I then asked if I could see how much room it would take up in the car boot. Emily came with me and I told her I wanted to buy it. She explained the insurance plan and delivery, and answered my questions. She was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend CareCo Leicester to all who ask where I purchased my Rollator. And the icing on the cake is my delivery is coming this morning. Thank you Daryl Howat.
