CareCo Oxford

Visited today as a follow-up from a previous one to purchase a mobility scooter for a family friend I had taken with me. We were there over 2hrs. There was no pressured sales techniques. Spencer and Amaan were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Superb customer service.

Popped into the Oxford shop with my parents to have a look at the options for my mum, who is now mostly wheelchair bound outdoors. Jordan was helpful, patient and knowledgeable, showing us the motorised scooters suitable for our situation. Mum left with a big grin on her face, looking forward to using her new set of wheels. Thank you Jordan, it was really a pleasure. You made everything very easy for us.

Lovely staff, clean show room, able to try products. Clear on the extras you may want to get eg: various insurance options. Simple buying process. Heather was our sales person and she was warm and friendly. We were unsure of delivery times but less than an half an hour of leaving I got a text to say my delivery will be the next day. That is impressive.

Spencer was very helpful and dismantled the scooter to show me how easy it was. He then very kindly made myself and my daughter a welcome cup of tea. We were then transferred to Peter for the financial part of the sales. He was very informative and an all round very pleasant man. I will definitely be going to the shop again , now I know where it is, and also recommend the business to friends and family.

We have come here twice and got a riser recliner and electric adjustable bed. Both times we were looked after by Jordan who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout. She made my grandfather feel very comfortable and explained each product well and guided us through the process form buying to installation. Would highly recommend for any mobility equipment needs. Very good service and good quality products.

My mum and I had a very positive experience at Careco Oxford. We were initially helped by Spencer and then Heather took over. They were both very knowlegeable and answered all my questions about the wheelchair we were looking at. The showroom was light and airy with plenty of room to try out our potential purchase nothing was too much trouble for the team. They even made mum a cup of tea while I tried the wheelchair in the boot off my car. We would recommend a visit to Careco if you are considering any mobility aids. We brought my Dad in today to look at Mobility Scooters. Firstly I was surprised at the fantastic size of the store and how everything was arranged on display to easily look at. Heather welcomed us as soon as we arrived and took the time to show us around. When we selected the one we liked, she demonstrated how to take it apart and put it together. Even letting us drive it out to our car to see if it would fit in our boot. Excellent friendly service and very patient and kind with my Dad. Would highly recommend. Thank you Heather.
