Visited CareCo Plymouth with my elderly mother for a walking aid. We were served by Demi, who was superb, very helpful, informative and patient. They have a great selection - definitely recommended.
Our visit to Plymouth care co was fantastic! Demi Houghton couldn’t have been more helpful to my wife and myself. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a mine of information- you should be very proud of her!! For people of our age she really put us at ease. We would recommend care - co to anyone- thank you!!
We were dealt with by Demi Houghton at the Plymouth showroom and she was excellent. She guided us trough a series of options without trying to push us in any specific direction. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Finally , she had a very pleasant manner and we will certainly use her services in the future.
The lady was kind, friendly, polite, well informed and couldn’t have done any more to make sure my Mum was happy with her choice. She gave us a full dismantle and assembly demonstration and understood exactly what we were looking for. We had a very good experience.
After a few disastrous online wheelchairs bought, we decided to visit CareCo in Plymouth. Only wish we had gone there first. We had the pleasure of being served by Heather. Heather was extremely patient with Mum and nothing was too much trouble. Mum tried four wheelchairs and sitting in them several times. I want to Thank Heather for perfect service and patience. And the other young lady there was also very friendly. Highly recommend the Plymouth store.
I was served by Heather Cornish at CareCo Plympton last week, and have to comment on how extremely friendly and helpful she was and the premises are very clean and welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all. Thank you Heather I await delivery with baited breath tomorrow!
