Was looking for a replacement stairlift as mine constantly let me down Keith at Castle Comfort contacted me with a quote for a new stairlift fitted and my old useless one taken away the quote was far better than all the other companies that contacted me anyway I accepted the price and the stairlift was installed the week later by a cheerful and professional fitter who couldn't do enough for me I can't stress enough how nice it is to have such a good stairlift that does all its supposed to at such a fantastic price should anyone ask me where to go for a stairlift then I'd say contact Keith and the guys at Castle Comfort they and there stairlift has made me "Well Happy"

rang late on the saturday as i urgently needed a replacement stairlift, I sent the measurements by email then chatted to a couple of really helpful chaps who helped me find a stairlift I could afford that would suit my property. when I was a bit worried about the budget, they even found me a nearly new but cheaper one . they advised that the fitters would be in touch as quickly as possible. they called on Monday, and came on Tuesday and took out the old one, fitted the new one no mess, no trouble and very quick. working perfectly and a huge relief . friendly and helpful too

My Parents stair lift has been in for a month now and I have delayed posting my review so I can also report comment on how they are getting on with it ! The storm has slowly drifted away and the sun is starting to shine and getting better by the day. There are times when one has to be cruel to be kind ! My wonderful parents are into their 90’s but still young in mind! Unfortunately their legs and balance etc are not on the same wave length ! Without a stair lift I know I would be, within a year, scraping one of them off the floor at the bottom of the stairs…..we have had a few close shaves already. It had been something like a “war zone” but the the lift is now in and is being used. Their well being was well worth a few weeks of turmoil and they will bless their stairlift soon. I researched the product and installers and the order was placed with Kieth at “Castle Comfort Stairlifts”. They happened to be the cheapest for a top grade product. I can only give a glowing review on Kieth and his team on how they handled this from start to finish as they were so sympathetic and understanding of the difficult situation I was in and they reacted accordingly. I think the installer must have had a degree in “ Social Interaction Skills” as he was great with my parents. I give them maximum brownie point !
