Very good service, answered on a Sunday and came to have a look Monday which was much appreciated as my grandad was finding it difficult to get up and down the stairs as his stairlift had broke. New stairlift fitted today and my grandad is very happy with it! Cannot recommend enough.

After phoning Gordon early on a bank holiday, he was very helpfull and very quickly came and fitted a quality replacement stairlift for my father as his was broken and he was completely stuck without it. Highly recommend this guy to anyone needing his services 👍

Gordon was called on the morning of Easter Bank Holiday Monday (2026) and within 3hrs of that call my dad’s old stairlift had been removed and replaced with a new one. Once fitted Gordon then went through everything with my dad making sure he was happy with it and understood how it all worked. Amazing service. Would highly recommend

My father's old stairlift wasn't working, and after troubleshooting over the phone with Gordon, we decided it was beyond repair. Gordon supplies and fits reconditioned stairlifts and was able to fit in an appointment for my father for the following day - and he removed and took away the old stairlift! My father couldn’t be happier and we have no hesitation in recommending Gordon’s services.
