Visited Celtic Mobility 3 times for advice and guidance on Mobility Scooters. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and provided exceptional advice. Taking time to listen to our needs and requirements, he demonstrated several options and allowed my wife to test drive several electric wheelchairs and scooters. Overall a superb experience from start to finish, which enabled us to purchase the right mobilty scooter to suit my wife's needs. Andrew also advised us on service periods and equipment checks prior to use also dismantling and loading into the car and safety aspects of using a powered mobilty scooter. Battery storage and charging advice was also comprehensive. I highly recommend Celtic Mobility.

I was looking for a wheelchair that was sturdy yet light enough for my wife to lift in and out of her car. I was shown 2 different types, with the pros and cons for both. I made my choice and am very satisfied with it. Thanks Mat. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future.

I found Susanne to be 1st class. Due to holidays and illness it took a few extra days for Susanne to forward a quote to my insurance company but that was unavoidable. Thereafter, Susanne was very quick in doing the repaint and agreeing to 'hold on' to my scooter before I collect it. When I collected my scooter, it was charged and on using my scooter (I had a problem with my steering) it drove perfectly.

What an amazing team they have here. My mum had a mobility scooter which led to an accident. The team could not be more sympathetic or helpful. Dean was incredible and we really felt listened to and his expert knowledge was enlightening. They couldn’t have done more in supporting my mum witha replacement for her scooter! Diolch all! If you’re looking to buy- go here, no nonsense informed advice which wants to best for you!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Suzanne at Celtic mobility who went above and beyond to help me with sourcing a new handset for a rise and recline chair. Not only did she manage to get a handset for a chair which is no longer being made but took it the house for my disabled brother. Fantastic service and so friendly and accommodating. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
