The Guys at Chapter were fantastic throughout the whole process from beginning to end which made the situation so much easier for my father who has Parkinson’s and who is now very anxious when it comes to change. The engineer that installed the lift did so fantastically and took plenty of time to show and help my father get to grips with using the lift. Have recently ordered and had fitted a Stannah chairlift for my elderly in-laws. Thank you Chapter Stairlifts, such an easy and professional service with excellent advice from the first visit through to installation.

Ours wasn't a straightforward installation because of our curved staircase, very tight turn on landing, and the challenges posed to get it right for my 18 stone, 5 foot 10 husband who has limited mobility and was in hospital when Mike Carroll came to carry out the survey! In the end, thanks to Mike, all the issues were resolved and he even went the extra mile by helping me to take brackets off the wall where I had removed the bannister My husband is still a little apprehensive, but is gaining confidence using it and it's transforming our lives knowing he can safely get up the stairs. And, best of all, I've got my dining table back in the space where his bed was located downstairs Thank you Mike for your kindness and sense of humour during a difficult time It was also refreshing to deal with a company who don't bombard you with marketing information and who don't expect you to find out everything yourself on the internet at a time when you are having to deal with multiple issues and simply don't have the time to spend hours online I would thoroughly recommend this company

Needed a stairlift urgently for my elderly mom. Someone visited the following day. So polite and kind. The stairlift was installed two days later, on Easter Sunday by a very competent young man. I can’t thank this company enough. I’d definitely recommend them to others who need a stairlift!
