Had the 1st annual service of a stairlift that was supplied and fitted by Days Mobility last summer. At that time they were able to call out to measure up at extremely short notice then were able to fit the staitlift the following day. The service was very easy to book and they were able to fit in with times that suited us. Dave the engineer was great doing the service and able to advise on setting up a Direct debit. I feel reassured that if there is a breakdown in the next year, Days will be out to fix it really quickly. Thank you. I recently bought a wheelchair from them too, I called to the shop where they were able to advise about the most suitable one for my requirements and then I was able to try it in my car to make sure it fitted in easily. I felt reassured that I was choosing the right one and consider this far better than ordering online.

An amazing helpful experience today. I rung the shop and explained there was am issue with the breaks of my mums wheelchair. I was advised to take it to the shop to have a look. I took it in and mark was very helpful and kindly sorted the problem, by making adjustments. He was very kind and professional. Im very grateful. Thanks again

We have a stair lift from Days and every year they phone me up to see if I want to have its annual service done. The gents that come to service, this year was Dave, are always friendly and helpful and do a good service. They are also very clean and tidy.
