Absolutely disgusted, this stair lift is supposed to be top of the range but it's far from it. Very bumpy ride, advised it will 'probably ' improve but I've put a 6ft aluminium straight edge down the track and there is a bump.Installer chipped my new paintwork in several places and only after four uses,it's stopped charging.Dolphin are sending someone out to look but I think it will have to be a new track because you can't straighten it.

Urgently needed stairlift for my husband as it was no longer safe for him to do stairs. Dolphin Stairlifts (Central) were spot on. They went above and beyond to get it installed for him as quickly as possible at a very competitive price. We were kept informed along the way of time estimates by Sarah. James and John did the fitting and were friendly and very helpful. After fitting any questions I had I just had to call to get a quick answer.
